CHARACTERISTICS: extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian, obtained from pressing Italian olives, picked by hand on a premature stage of maturation and milled in the same day. The particular selection of olives gives it some excellent organoleptic properties.

APPEARANCE AND TASTE: green color with yellow highlights. Fruity flavor, with spicy and slightly bitter aftertaste.

SUGGESTED USES IN KITCHEN: with its fruity and balanced taste, it is ideal to be used on toasted bread, salads and raw or cooked vegetables.
