CHARACTERISTICS: extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian, obtained from organic agriculture, a method of agriculture production which exalts the natural fertility of the soil ecosystem, the healthiness of the products and reinforces sustainability without using chemical products. It is a result of a perfect balance between tradition, respect for the environment and technology. This Oil is obtained using particularly selected olives which are picked by hand directly from the trees and pressed on the same day with a cold extraction method in modern continuous plant.

CERTIFICATION: ORGANIC CERTIFICATION complying with the EU Regulation 834/2007, which settles the production, processing, labeling, control and certification system in the European Union. It is recognized by CCPB, an Inspection and Certification Body, also partner of IFOAM “International Federation of Organic Farming”.

APPEARANCE AND TASTE: color from green to straw yellow. Sweet fruity flavor, with medium/slight bitter sensation and slight spicy aftertaste.

SUGGESTED USES IN KITCHEN: thank to its delicate taste, this oil is particularly good when used with fish, meat and vegetables.
